On the 14th September we will be hosting an international guest here in Toowoomba – Hilda Labrada Gore otherwise known as Holistic Hilda.

Hilda is an expert on ancestral health and hosts a Wise Traditions podcast, on behalf of the Weston A. Price Foundation. Hilda is also an integrative nutrition health coach, fitness professional, and is an enthusiastic speaker, blogger, and biohacker.

During this 2hr presentation we will be exploring the vital pillars of optimal health focusing on -

More about WAPF and Holisitc Hilda - 

Hilda advocates the principals of the WAPF and believes good health isn't found in trendy smoothies or expensive fitness packages. The key is to look to the wisdom of those who lived on this planet before us. She is passionate about all of their health practices including: the importance of sun exposure (without sunscreen!), eating real, nutrient-dense foods (including organ meats), mitigating the effects of radiation from our cell phones and wifi, movement/dance to stay limber, and upping our connection to nature (including grounding). 

For those of you who may not know much about the Western A Price Foundation it is based on the work of Dr. Weston A. Price, a Canadian, researcher/dentist/anthropologist who took on a quest in the 1930s looking for the healthiest people on the planet. At the end of his worldwide tour, he summarized his findings in a book called "Nutrition and Physical Degeneration." In summary, he found that those who ate their traditional diets were hale, hearty, and fertile. Those who departed from their diets (including modern foods like white flour and sugar, processed oils) had cavities, compromised facial structure, and health concerns.
