COCONUT FLOUR
Using the leftover pulp from making coconut milk, place the pulp on your dehydrator trays.
Dehydrate for approx 5 hours on fruit setting, approx. 55 degrees.
Once dry you can use as desiccated coconut or simply place in a food processor or Thermormix and mill.
