RED VELVET CUPCAKES


A sneaky serve of veggies hidden within these beautiful little chocolate cupcakes.

You'll need

2 cups pepitas, sesame, sunflowers into meal / flour
200g beetroot, grated or ground in a food processor
1/3 cup Cacao 8 dates or ½ cup honey
6 eggs
½ c coconut oil
1 tsp bi carb


How to make it?

  1. Preheat oven to 175 degree fan forced, prepare tray.

  2. Place all ingredients into a thermomix or food processor and combine.

  3. Spoon evenly into cup cakes and bake for 20-25 min
