Quick & Easy Chocolate Brownies
This super simple Chocolate Brownie has minimal ingredients, is quick to cook and prepare and the best part is it tastes decadent!
125g Organic Butter (can use ghee or coconut oil depending on your dietary requirements)
80g Cacao Melts
100g Coconut Sugar
1 cup Almond Meal
3 Organic Eggs
Using your Thermomix/Blender/Mixer - cream the butter, cacao melts and sugar together.
Next, add in the remaining ingredients and blend again.
Bake in the oven for 20mins on 180 degrees. (Time depends on how fudgy you like it so adjust to your tastes!)
Serve fresh out of the oven with a little bit of Coconut Yogurt or Vanilla Ice-cream – Delicious!
