Lactation Cookies

If you have a hungry new born like me and are struggling with low milk supply these are a great natural alternative to boost your nutrients and increase your milk supply to help satisfy their needs! Full of “galactagogues,” which are foods that may promote or increase the flow of mother’s milk thanks to ingredients like oats, brewers yeast and linseeds. Though there are no definitive studies that support food based galactagogues, many Mums say and experience otherwise. So, give it a go and see if it helps you. There is nothing wrong with adding a few more nutrients to your diet anyway! x
