CHERRY COCONUT CHOCOLATE

I found myself in possession of some Loving Earth Dark Chocolate and even though it is yummy plain I thought I might add some simple and yummy ingredients.

It was certainly yummy and the best treat to take to the Gold Coast Marathon with!

Ingredients

500g Loving Earth Dark Chocolate

Organic Shredded Coconut 

Organic Dried Cherries infused with Apple Juice 

 

  Method

  • Prepare a tray and line it with baking paper.

  • Bring a saucepan of water to the boil, place a glass bowl over the saucepan. On low heat melt the chocolate in the glass bowl.

  • Once melted mix in the desired amount of cherries, pour in the prepared tray and then sprinkle on the desired amount of shredded coconut.

  • Place in the refrigerator until set.

  • Once set break into pieces and enjoy!
