HOMEMADE VEGETABLE AND SEED BISCUITS

Ingredients
1 ½ cups seeds soaked in salt water
1 small beetroot
1 small carrot
1 small zucchini
spices

Method 

  • Place all the ingredients into a thermomix or food processor. When combined spoon the mixture onto the Ultraflexx Excalibur Tray and place into dehydrator.

  • Turn onto 135 degrees and check every few hours. 

  • It is ready when the biscuits are crunchy. 

  • It is a good idea to turn them over halfway to assist the drying process.
