HOMEMADE VEGETABLE AND SEED BISCUITS
Ingredients
1 ½ cups seeds soaked in salt water
1 small beetroot
1 small carrot
1 small zucchini

Method

Place all the ingredients into a thermomix or food processor. When combined spoon the mixture onto the Ultraflexx Excalibur Tray and place into dehydrator.

Turn onto 135 degrees and check every few hours.

It is ready when the biscuits are crunchy.

It is a good idea to turn them over halfway to assist the drying process.
